Using the DeWalt DCF845B is quite straightforward. First, make sure you have a compatible battery (sold separately) and insert it into the tool. Then, select the appropriate speed using the 3-speed switch according to your task. For larger diameter screws or tougher jobs, use a higher torque setting. When you start driving screws, press the variable speed trigger gently to control the speed and achieve better precision. When working in low light, the 3-LED work light will automatically illuminate the work area. Be sure to use the belt hook to keep the tool within easy reach. As for maintenance, after each use, wipe the tool clean with a dry cloth. Check the motor and other parts regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you're not using the tool for a long time, store it in a dry and cool place. Also, remember that the tool is Chip Ready™, but you'll need to buy the chip separately to use the tracking feature with the DEWALT® TOOL CONNECT™ Site Manager App.
