Using the DeWalt DCLE34031B is easy. First, take it out of the carrying case. Attach the laser to the fixing bracket with the clip. You can then place it at the desired location. Turn it on, and it will automatically self - level if the surface is within 4°. For longer distances, you can use the detector DW0892G, but remember it's sold separately. When using it on slopes greater than 4°, engage the pendulum lock to protect the internal parts. As for maintenance, keep it clean and dry. After use, put it back in the carrying case to prevent damage. Check the battery regularly if you're using a 20V MAX* battery pack.
