Product Detail

The DeWalt DCN891B 20V MAX* XR® cordless concrete nailer is a game - changer for drywall track installation on concrete and steel surfaces. This all - electric nailer uses the same battery as other DEWALT 20V MAX* tools, saving you the cost of buying fuel cells. Its field - serviceable driver blade reduces downtime. With variable power settings, a small 1' capacity magazine, and interchangeable nose pieces, it offers maximum versatility and convenience. The LED worklights make it ideal for low - light jobs. It's compatible with DEWALT cordless concrete nailer fasteners from 1/2' to 1' in length. The kit comes with two 5.0Ah batteries, a 20V MAX* charger, standard/drywall nose piece, and a kit box. When paired with the DCN8906 2' accessory magazine, it can use fasteners from 1 - 1/4' to 2 - 1/4' long. Key features include combustion - free operation, an easily maintainable driver piston, a compact 1' magazine for tight spaces, the ability to drive fasteners into different substrates, and adjustable power settings for various applications.

Using the DeWalt DCN891B is easy. First, make sure your 20V MAX* battery is charged and inserted into the nailer. Select the appropriate power setting based on your job. For softer materials, use a lower setting; for harder substrates like concrete or steel, choose a higher one. Load the fasteners into the 1' magazine. If you need to use longer fasteners, attach the DCN8906 2' accessory magazine. When you're ready to nail, press the nose piece against the surface and pull the trigger. Be aware of your surroundings and keep your hands away from the nailer's front end. For maintenance, regularly check the driver piston. Since it's field - serviceable, you can clean or replace it easily if needed. Store the nailer in a dry place, and keep the battery charged when not in use.
