Using the Makita 40V Max XGT Dust Extractor Kit is easy. First, connect the batteries to the charger and charge them fully. Then, attach the anti - static hose to the extractor using one of the provided adapter cuffs according to your tool's requirements. If you want to use the Auto - start Wireless System (AWS®), connect the AWS transmitter to your compatible tool. Once the tool starts, the dust extractor will automatically turn on and start collecting dust. When using the dust extractor, make sure to set the variable speed control dial according to the application. For light - duty tasks, a lower speed may be sufficient, while heavy - duty tasks may require a higher speed. Remember to check the plastic disposal bag regularly.
