Using this Milwaukee 2745 - 20 framing nailer is a breeze. First, make sure you have a fully - charged REDLITHIUM™ battery installed. Then, load the nails into the nailer. You can choose between sequential and contact actuation firing modes depending on your needs. Just pull the trigger, and it'll start nailing right away. When working, keep in mind that it can handle engineered lumber well, but don't use it on materials that are too hard or too soft. As for maintenance, regularly check the battery contacts for dirt or corrosion. Clean the nailer body with a dry cloth. If the nailer jams, turn it off, remove the battery, and carefully clear the jammed nails. Store the nailer in a dry place when not in use, and don't forget to check the drive depth adjustment regularly to ensure accurate nailing.
