INCLUDES: The package comes with a grinder, a side handle, inner and outer flanges, and a 5' Type 27 guard. FEATURES: This grinder has a low-profile design with improved ergonomics and balance, offering great comfort and control during use. It runs at 11,000 RPM and has an industrial-grade build, perfect for high-volume framing and sheathing tasks. The dust ejection system boosts durability by getting rid of harmful dust and debris that enter through the air intake vents. SPECIFICATIONS: It's corded, with a max RPM of 11000, 13 amps of power, an arbor size of 5/8'-11, a 6 ft. cord length, a trigger switch, a length of 16.5 inches, a lock-on switch, and weighs 5.7 lbs. The DWE43115 high-performance cut-off/grinder with e-clutch® stops the grinder when a wheel pinch or stall happens, prolonging the life of gears and motor. The Dust ejection system™ technology clears dust and debris for extra protection. The power tool shuts off before overheating thanks to power-off® advanced overload protection. Make it OSHA silica compliant with an attachment and dust extractor. You can choose from DeWalt DWE46100 5' and 6' Cutting & Tuckpointing Dust Shroud, DeWalt DWV012 10 Gallon HEPA Dust Extractor with Automatic Filter Clean, or DeWalt DWV010 8 Gal HEPA/RRP Dust Extractor with Automatic Filter Cleaning. Using your DeWalt DWE43115 grinder is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a power source. Hold it firmly with the side handle for better control. When starting, gently squeeze the trigger switch. For continuous use, you can use the lock - on switch. During operation, the grinder's high RPM of 11,000 allows for efficient cutting and grinding. Remember, the e - clutch® will automatically shut off the grinder if there's a wheel pinch or stall, which helps protect the gears and motor. The dust ejection system is there to keep the grinder running smoothly, but it's a good idea to use a dust extractor to meet OSHA silica compliance. You can attach one of the recommended DeWalt dust shrouds and extractors. As for maintenance, after each use, let the grinder cool down. Check the cord for any signs of damage. Periodically clean the air intake vents to ensure the dust ejection system works effectively. Also, keep the grinder in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust and other damage.
