Using the DeWalt DCE555B drywall cut - out tool is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged since it's cordless. To change bits, you don't need a wrench. Just use the tool - free bit change feature. Before you start cutting, adjust the depth guide for the right cutting depth. When you're ready, press the forward - positioned on - off button. The LED light will help you see in dark areas.
Here are some things to keep in mind. Don't use it in wet conditions. Also, when using the Tool Connect™ feature, remember that the DCE042 chip is sold separately.
For maintenance, after each use, clean the tool. The dust - sealed switch helps protect against dust, but it's still a good idea to wipe it down. If the tool isn't going to be used for a while, store the battery separately and keep the tool in a dry place.
