Using the DeWalt DCL182 is a breeze. First, use the USB charging cable to connect the flashlight to a 5VDC 3A power supply (you'll need to get the power supply separately). After about 75 minutes, it'll be fully charged. When you're in a dim work area, you can either hold the flashlight in your hand or use the strong magnet and hook to attach it to a metal surface or hang it up, so you can work hands - free. For portability, just clip it to your belt. Remember, although it's IP54 rated for dust and water protection, don't submerge it in water.
