The forward on-off button is user-friendly. Tool-free bit change allows quick bit and collet replacement without a wrench. The LED light brightens dark work areas for precise cutting. It accepts 1/8', 5/32', and 1/4' bits and collets. Its compact design reduces user fatigue during long use. The depth guide ensures consistent cutting depth. It's Tool Connect™ CHIP READY for easy jobsite asset management (Chip DCE042 sold separately). The dust-sealed switch protects against dust for a longer lifespan. Using the DeWalt DCE555B 20V MAX* Cut-Out Tool is easy. First, charge the battery in the included charger. Then, insert the desired bit into the tool without using a wrench thanks to the tool-free bit change feature. Turn on the tool using the forward-positioned on - off button. The LED light will help you see what you're cutting, especially in dark areas. Adjust the depth guide for consistent cutting depth. When you're done, turn off the tool and remove the bit. For maintenance, keep the tool clean and free of dust. The dust - sealed switch helps protect the tool, but it's still a good idea to wipe it down after use. Store the tool in a dry place. Make sure to keep the battery charged when not in use. If you want to use the Tool Connect™ feature, buy the Chip DCE042 separately and connect it to the tool for easy asset management on the jobsite.
