Using the DeWalt DCE700X2K is straightforward. First, charge the 9.0AH Flexvolt® 20v/60v max glass - filled nylon batteries with the DCB118 fast charger. Once charged, insert the battery into the latched and sealed battery box on the tool. Select the appropriate die head from the set of six based on the pipe size you're working with. Use the pipe clamp with the depth gauge to quickly set up the pipe. You can then use the die arm to start threading without touching the spinning die head. The anti - rotation E - Clutch™ system will help you maintain control, and if there's a bind - up, the tool will shut down automatically. The LED low - battery indicator will let you know when it's time to recharge. When not in use, store the tool in the hard carry case or the soft bag. Keep the battery and the tool away from excessive moisture and cutting oils. Periodically check the die heads for wear and replace them if needed. And if you want to track the tool easily, you can buy a Tool Connect™ tag separately and attach it to the tool.
