Start the trimmer and gently guide it along the hedges, bushes, or small branches you want to cut. For the best results, move the trimmer steadily and smoothly. Remember, the blade has a 1.25 - inch cutting capacity, so don't try to cut branches that are too thick. As for safety, always wear protective gear like gloves and safety glasses. Keep your hands and fingers away from the blade at all times. When you're done using the trimmer, remove the battery to prevent accidental starts. To maintain the trimmer, clean the blade regularly to remove any debris. You can use a soft brush or a cloth. If the blade gets dull over time, you may need to replace it.
