Using the Milwaukee 2822-20 M18 FUEL™ SAWZALL® Reciprocating Saw is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted into the tool. Then, use the Lever Action QUIK-LOK™ Blade Clamp to quickly and easily install the blade. When you're ready to start cutting, hold the saw firmly with both hands. You can adjust the output speed and trigger ramp-up through the ONE-KEY™ app on your smartphone for a smoother start. The integrated LED light will help you see in dimly lit areas. During the cut, the REDLINK™ PLUS electronics will protect the tool from overloading, overheating, and over-discharging. When you finish a cut, the selectable Cut-Brake feature will stop the blade automatically in most cases, reducing the risk of damaging nearby materials. For maintenance, keep the saw clean after each use. Wipe it down with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Check the blade regularly for wear and replace it when necessary. The anti-corrosion blade clamp helps keep the blade secure and extends its durability, but still, make sure it's in good condition. Store the saw in a dry place using the hanging hook for convenience. If you're not using the saw for a long time, remove the battery and store it separately in a cool, dry place.
