Product Detail

The Makita 9564CV angle grinder comes with a great set of accessories. You'll get a 4-1/2' grinding wheel (741424-8-1), a lock nut wrench (782412-6), a side handle (152490-4), a lock nut (224566-8), an inner flange (224368-2), and a wheel guard (163418-7). This grinder has some amazing features. It has a 5-stage variable speed control dial, allowing you to match the RPM to your work precisely. The 13 AMP motor is redesigned for more output power in a compact size. The larger and improved carbon brush material extends the tool's lifespan. An electronic limiter stops the motor to prevent overload and burnout. You can easily adjust the wheel guard without tools for quick clamping. The labyrinth construction seals and shields the motor and bearings from dust and debris by creating a complex channel system.

Using the Makita 9564CV angle grinder is easy. First, make sure you've attached the grinding wheel and tightened it with the lock nut wrench. Adjust the side handle to a comfortable position for better control. Use the 5 - stage variable speed control dial to set the RPM according to your task. When you start the grinder, hold it firmly. Remember, the electronic limiter is there to protect the motor, but don't push it too hard to avoid overloading. For maintenance, regularly check the carbon brushes. If they look worn out, replace them. Keep the grinder clean, especially around the motor and bearings. After each use, use a brush to remove any dust and debris. Also, make sure to store it in a dry place.
