You can charge these Makita 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion batteries using the efficient Makita 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion charger (DC10WD).

Just insert the battery into the charger, and the L.E.D. indicator on the battery will help you know the charge level. When using it with your 12V max CXT tools, simply slide the battery onto the tool. Remember, these batteries are not compatible with 12V max pod-style tools or chargers. For maintenance, always use genuine Makita chargers to keep the battery in good shape. Also, since it has a low self - discharge rate, you can store it for a while without losing much power.
