Using the Bosch TS1008 left-side support extension is quite simple. First, make sure you have a 5 mm hex wrench and needle nose pliers on hand for installation. Then, attach the support extension to your Bosch 4000, 4100, or GTS1041A table saw using the provided mounting hardware. Once installed, it will extend your table by 12 inches, giving you more space to work with wide and long pieces. When you're done using it, you can store it away. As for maintenance, keep the aluminum parts clean and dry. Wipe them down after each use to prevent rust and damage. Be careful not to overload the support extension, as its load weight capacity is 100 lbs.
