Product Detail

This package includes 100 pieces of 1/2' X .145 8MM Head Spiral CSI Pins. These CSI Spiral Drive Pins are a great choice for permanently attaching fixtures to concrete, concrete over steel deck, concrete masonry walls, and A36 or A572 / A992 structural steel. They are made with an 8mm head and a 0.157' diameter shank in different lengths. The spiral knurled shank design ensures stable and high - performance results when used on steel base materials. For single fasteners, a plastic washer is placed on the pin shank. This washer helps keep the drive pin in the tool's barrel and provides centered guidance during the driving process. The fasteners are also available in collated strips for added convenience.

Using these DeWalt spiral CSI pins is easy. First, make sure the surface you're fastening to, whether it's concrete or steel, is clean and free of debris. If you're using a single fastener, the plastic washer on the pin shank will help keep the pin in place in the tool barrel. Insert the pin into your tool and align it with the spot where you want to attach the fixture. Then, simply drive the pin in. When handling the pins, be careful not to bend the shanks as this can affect their performance. For storage, keep them in a dry place to prevent rusting. If you use collated strips, check the strip regularly to make sure all pins are in place. And always follow the safety instructions of your driving tool.
