Using the DeWalt DCB1106 charger is a breeze. Just connect your 12V MAX*, 20V MAX*, or FLEXVOLT battery to the charger using the latching mechanism. Once connected, the Stage 1 LED will start blinking, which means the battery is charging. When the battery reaches about 80% charge, the Stage 1 LED will stay solid, and the Stage 2 LED will start blinking until the battery is fully charged. For safety, always make sure the charger is placed on a flat and stable surface. Don't expose it to water or extreme temperatures. When transporting the charger with the battery installed, the latching technology keeps everything secure. To maintain the charger, keep it clean and free of dust. Wipe it with a dry cloth regularly. And if you notice any issues with the LED indicators or the charging process, stop using it and contact DeWalt support.
