Using the Bosch HDC100 is a breeze. First, attach it to your Bosch SDS - plus rotary hammer through the side handle interface. Make sure it's firmly connected. Then, adjust the telescoping arm according to the depth you need for your drilling. You can drill up to 4 - 3/4 inches deep. If you have different bit lengths, just move the attachment forwards or backwards in the side handle clamping band to fit. Connect your vacuum hose to the dust port. If your hose nozzle is 1 - 3/8 inches, you can connect it directly. For 1 - 1/4 - inch or 2 - inch nozzles, use the appropriate adapter. When it comes to maintenance, keep the metal guide rails clean to ensure smooth operation. Check the connection points regularly to make sure they're tight. After each use, empty the dust collector.
