Product Detail

Fluke TL175 Data Sheet. Included are two Twistguardtm Test Leads with 2mm Dia Probe Tips. These test leads have several great features. The patented TwistGuard extendable tip shroud meets top electrical safety standards. It reduces tip exposure and offers flexibility for most measurements. There's also a new WearGuard lead wire wear indication. Each lead has two layers of silicone insulation. When the leads are damaged, the inner contrasting - colored layer shows, indicating they need replacement. The double - insulated silicone leads can handle high temperatures and stay flexible in the cold. Specifications include a unit weight of 0.12 KG, a height of 3.2 CM, a length of 30.3 CM, and a width of 10 CM. The Fluke TL175 TwistGuard Test Leads come with adjustable - length test tips for various measurement settings. The adjustable TwistGuard tips boost safety and versatility. The WearGuard indicator shows lead damage and provides strong strain relief, lasting over 30,000 bends.

Using the Fluke TL175 TwistGuard Test Leads is quite simple. First, connect the test leads to your measuring device as you normally would. You can adjust the length of the test tips according to your measurement needs. When taking measurements, the patented TwistGuard will keep you safe by reducing tip exposure. Be careful not to nick or scuff the leads. If you see the inner color of the lead wire exposed, it means the leads are damaged and should be replaced. The leads can work well in both high - and low - temperature environments, but try to avoid extreme conditions. To maintain the leads, keep them clean and store them in a dry place. Don't subject them to excessive bending as they can withstand over 30,000 bends, but too much stress may still damage them.
