Using the DeWalt DCE555D2 Drywall Cut - Out Tool is a breeze. First, charge the DCB203 20V MAX* XR® Lithium Ion Batteries using the included charger. Once charged, insert the battery into the tool. You can choose the appropriate bit for your job and easily change it without a wrench thanks to the tool - free bit change feature. When you're ready to start cutting, press the forward - positioned on - off button. The LED light will help you see clearly in dark areas. Use the depth guide to ensure consistent cutting depth. For asset management on the jobsite, if you have the Tool Connect™ Chip DCE042 (sold separately), insert it into the chip pocket and connect with the Tool Connect™ Site Manager app. As for maintenance, keep the tool clean from dust. The dust - sealed switch helps, but it's still a good idea to wipe it down after use. Store the tool in the included kit bag when not in use. And don't forget to charge the batteries regularly to keep them in good condition.
