Using your Milwaukee 48 - 22 - 4218 bolt cutter is easy. First, identify the object you want to cut and make sure it's within the 3/8' max cut capacity and 48 HRC max hardness. The PIVOTMOVE™ rotating handles can be adjusted to get the best angle around obstacles. Simply place the blades around the object and apply pressure. When not in use, keep the bolt cutter in a dry place. Check the bolt lock regularly to make sure it's secure and preventing the pivot bolts from loosening. You can also occasionally clean the blades with a dry cloth to keep them in good condition. And don't forget, the lanyard holes on the handles can be used to tether the cutter for easy storage or to prevent it from getting lost.
