Product Detail

This Makita HP2010N 3/4 Hammer Drill is a powerful and versatile tool perfect for continuous use. It comes with a drill chuck (763047 - 2), chuck key (798341 - 3), side handle (122428 - 3), depth gauge (321059 - 7), and a tool case (824608 - 4). Features include a robust 6.0 AMP motor, a 2 - speed gear change for the right speed and power, a variable speed trigger for greater versatility, a depth gauge for 'drop - in' type anchors, an all - ball bearing construction for a longer lifespan, an adjustable side handle for better control, and double insulation for safety. Specifications: In concrete, it can drill 3/4' at low speed and 1/2' at high speed. In steel, it drills 1/2' at low speed and 1/4' at high speed. In wood, it can handle 1 - 1/2' at low speed and 3/4' at high speed.

Using the Makita HP2010N hammer drill is easy. First, select the right speed based on the material you're drilling. For concrete, use the low - speed setting for larger holes. For steel and wood, you can choose between low and high speeds according to the size of the hole. When using the variable speed trigger, start slow and increase the speed as needed to match the task. Make sure to use the depth gauge for accurate hole depth, especially when using 'drop - in' type anchors. Always hold the drill firmly with the adjustable side handle for better control. Before use, check that all the included parts like the drill chuck, chuck key, and side handle are properly attached. After use, clean the drill with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Keep the drill in the provided tool case to protect it from damage. Avoid using the drill in wet conditions as it is not waterproof. And don't forget to unplug the drill when not in use for safety.
