Using the Makita ADP10 is easy. First, make sure you have a 40V max XGT® charger and 18V LXT® batteries. Connect the adapter to the charger, then insert your 18V LXT® battery into the adapter. The charger will start charging the battery. You can check the battery's charge level on the XGT® Rapid Charger's digital display. When using this product, remember that the charger and batteries are sold separately. Also, be aware of the charging times for different battery capacities. The adapter and charger are designed to protect against overload, over - discharge, and overheating, but it's still a good idea to keep an eye on the charging process.
