Using the DeWalt DCM200E1 Bandfile Kit is quite straightforward. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. Insert the DCBP034 Powerstack™ battery into the bandfile. You can adjust the speed according to your needs using the variable speed dial and trigger. When you need to change the sanding belt, it's easy with the tool - free belt change feature. Just follow the simple steps and you'll have a new belt on in no time. The 104° rotating arm can be adjusted to reach different areas, so use it to your advantage. The rotatable LED can be turned to light up your workspace. As for maintenance, keep the tool clean after each use. Wipe off any dust or debris. Check the sanding belt regularly for wear and tear and replace it when necessary. Also, make sure to store the tool in a dry place. If you're using the tool for long periods, give it a break every now and then to prevent overheating.
